I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Huh. And it's 70 degrees in Montreal - where temps are usually hovering around freezing at this time of year.

Wow. Here in the midwest - record highs are being set daily and even some AC units are going on. Our redbud and magnolia's blooms started this weekend...so I hope that cold weather stays away!

You all got a ton of snow! I heard 180 miles of I-40 was closed yesterday. Good day to stay home!

We're getting lots of rain. Please keep your snow.

Great pics, those birds are glad that you are so well prepared.

Wow, you get some gorgeous birds there. Charming photos - glad I don't have to shovel any of it (she wrote, furiously knocking on wood).

Precipitation is always welcome in the west no matter how much we enjoy warm, dry weather.

lol..I think every Arizona blogger is talking about the weather...including me! I was wondering how much snow you got...quite a bit looks like. We barely got a dusting but the mountains are just beautiful from our front porch...

Oh my I cannot use my mantra for the week on your blog today! Somehow hurrah for spring does not fit, but it must be a minor set back one hopes.

Holy cow! It's 80 and way humid here in Ohio, when it should be a whopping 40... and you got 8 inches of snow. Maybe the Mayans were right and the world is going to blow up.....
Glad you didn't have to drive any where in that mess. (Great excuse to stay home and play with the camera!)

Love the bird house pic!

HOO boy. I'm just as glad to avoid that, but glad you guys can use it.

Mother Nature does have a sense of humor, doesn't she? In a few days it will all be melted and you'll be back on track. I don't expect any signs of spring for another month....

Your snow looks amazing and beautiful!! Here it's been very cold, raining and hailing on and off for the past two days, but no snow.

Wow! You did get a lot of snow!! This has been one weird winter!! We've had a little of it all, too. Terrific captures and the snow is so beautiful -- if it doesn't hang around too long! Hope you have a great week, Gaelyn! Stay warm!!

Such a snowfall!
We were 26 C. (78F) this afternoon. Very bizarre for March.
Our birds are so happy!

Greetings from Cottage Country!

Geez, a late winter snow and its beautiful! I don't get to see that white blanket here unless up in the mountains. It did snow this weekend in the higher elevations, we only had rain.

I'm thinking I'm glad that I didn't take my original route that would have me go through AZ for awhile before heading to CO. If my job would have started in May instead of April, I would be in AZ right now.

I know that if you are used to it you don't always enjoy it, but us who doesn't know snow would love to experience that.

I'm sure those bids absolutely love you this time of year

Blue skies sometimes, usually subdued and grey.....snowdrops and daffodils and thinking of the first mowing of grass here in England!! The global differences just fascinate me.

Beautiful snow photos, but I'm glad you have it and not me.

Well we had that very same snow last week on Monday. I see it made it all the way to you. Are you thinking and thanking me. LOL!!
We have had nothing but rain and a little mix since then. Today is the first day of Spring. Oh yeah!! MB

Whoa, that's what it did here all day Sunday but you have way more than do we. Go figure. It's very pretty.

Great photos. I like your use of b&w and colour select. That is more snow than we had the entire winter here.

Gaelyn, we skipped right over spring and went strait to summer here! Temps are in the low 80's and not a cloud in the sky! I can't believe all that snow! and you know me, I was counting the birds at your feeders! Wow! a spotted towhee AND white-crowned sparrows to boot! I am sure they needed that food in all that snow! I'm glad the black-throat recovered!

I personally love those late season snow storms. This is my favorite time of year when winter refuses to unfurl its chilly fingers and spring laughs lightly in winter's face.
