I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Scenic Sunday - Dreaming of summer

When the water line is frozen like this morning, I don’t have or need an outside thermometer to tell me it’s cold. So I’m dreaming of a warmer summer morning overlooking Grand Canyon.

It's quite hard to imagine, Gaelyn, you all freezing and we're experiencing hot,dry weather. I've just been out on my sidewalk this evening watering my newish (2 yo) trees. I had two oldest grandchildren helping me. Blessings and WARM (((hugs))) Jo

Hi Gaelyn - I'm hoping for your sake that dreaming of warmth will make it so. Just in case - use a hairdryer on the pipes!

So you are missing the Grand Canyon. I am feeling the same way about the weather and winter. I am not a winter person and I can not wait until Spring.

Beautiful view, and although I am not a summer fan, I would also like a little warmth!

Beautiful picture. I haven't had enough ice fishing to enjoy before I start hoping for summer.

the weather is calling for nights in the 30's next week...the only heat we have on the boat is when the engine compartment is warm or we run the generator...but my water line wont freeze...

Have I ever mentioned that one of the reasons I blog is so that your cold blogs can cool me off in my hot blogs during this time of year? - lol. Over here the temperature on Christmas Day was a wopping 37 degrees celsius - send over some ice please.

Since I was for Christmas near Sac. I can imagine the frozen waterline -hopes it gets defrosted without breaking the line -sorry you have to go through that -it's always a hassle!
Bytheway -hope your Christmas day was enjoyable!

After experiencing Indiana snow the past few days I'm ready for spring! Although it WAS beautiful, fluffy and bright white - sans ice - it was just enough for this southern gal. Lovely photo!
