Enlarge to see the small plane in front of the big cloud
On my way out of the park and into the forest to play for days off. I went with trepidation because of the 40 percent chance of rain. And, oh well it rained a little after dark. But I watched the storm build all afternoon. More about where I camped tomorrow and the treasures I found.

I love this shot. The cloud formation is fantastic and I also love the whispier clouds around it.
Such a beautiful cloud building up! I hope you did not get too wet camping. Look forward to your post.

Gaelyn: That is such a neat cloud.
That is a beautiful towering thunderhead, - I hope the plane was flying by and not through! I have enjoyed reading your postings, and thank you for visiting. We are in the Similkameen Valley, one over from the south Okanagan (Canadian side of the border) similar in our desert-like climate.
Sure is a b pretty cloud...even if a storm IS brewing!
That is a fantastic photo Gaelyn...
