I love the idea of combining charm bracelets into a necklace.
I love the silver charms Gaelyn and you are right, those sandals are PERFECT for your trip here. :) It is the kind of thing I wear on almost a daily bases.
I love those charms.
hey there.
like your finds...that spoon brooch/pin very lovely and the charms are wonderful. is that little buggie thing a pendant piece? that is lovely too.
good find on the retractable mirror. those are always a nice thing to have.
my hubby was wearing his tevas yesterday...he loves his. has had them for many years.
take care
hugs
Nice sandals! You had a really good haul here.
That's a cute turquoise and silver bee charm. I'm going to have to try some Tevas sometime. I like my Birks, but only for paved surfaces.
I got my first charm bracelet from my grandma when I was five, and inherited hers when she died in 1996. I can't count the memories those charm bracelets hold! I love the idea of connecting more than one and making a necklace! Right now I have several of my (and Grandma's) bracelets framed and hanging on the wall - just too heavy wear. Great blog btw - I love all the photos!
All good stuff Gaelyn! I love the charm necklace.....I bet it was the little weiner dog charm that sold you, right?
I love your finds. I have a silver charm bracelet that was started for me as a kid. It is pretty heavy now, but what memories as I am sure your bracelets have. I also started one for my daughter as a little girl that I still buy charms for...
