Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Going to Quartzsite, Arizona

01 Hwy 60 W AZ (796x522)
Quartzsite changes from a sleepy summer town to a bustle of activity as winter snowbirds flock in for the winter and vendors sell everything from rocks to..

Sounds a great place to browse - and safer if you have a list and stick to it!! Done a few craft fairs over here with my own 'stuff' and have decided it isn't for me, not sure what is though!

Ok, I need some help. When you say snow birds do you mean the actual feathered type and people come to look at them, or do you refer to people like you fleeing the snow for the winter?

The way you two gals get along, that should be a whole lot of fun. Just don't buy so much you have to add a trailer!

That looks like an interesting place. I'm sure we'll get a report on your return.

You know, we've never been there during the winter to see the rock show or exhibits! That will be on our "to do" list!

Lovely sunset. Take a bag of cash with you. Do you bargain there?

I just love those wonderfully descriptive place names that some towns have. Quartzsite certainly qualifies!! And I also love me some beads shows so guess it's a good thing I many, many hundreds of miles away!

P.S. One of these days I'm going to learn to proofread - but not today apparently.

You and Bertha are probably already on your way to Quartzsite , Gaelyn. Hope you're having a WONDERFUL day. Thanks for your continued comments on my blog posts. I knew you would relate to a lot of our safari. Sorry I'm not always such a regular visitor. I hope to rectify that soon! (((Hugs))) Jo
