Every time I park the RV for a length of time I pull out some chachkies and start nesting again.
I’m still in the lazy decompression mode that settles in after a typical summer season of working. And this season was anything but typical. It was fun, exciting, busy and sad. Also exhausting. Am I getting old? I refuse to believe that!
Am I in denial? Probably.
My winter “to do” list is long.
But all I really want to do is, nothing. Except dream and plan for a winter vacation to Costa Rica.

Looks like a nice cozy place!
What an interesting life you must have! I'm afraid I'm too much of a packrat to live in such a small space but it really looks inviting. I've enjoyed visiting your blog and will definitely be back to visit.

I could easily live in a 5th wheel.
What a lovely cozy home you have, Gaelyn. And so neat! I love the word: chachkies! Have a great day, Jo
Our bodies may age but not our spirit. It can be frustrating at times but best to keep moving.
I love the view from your computer desk. You've created a very comfortable home. Cheers!
Costa Rica sounds just like the thing, although I love your computer desk area... so cosy!
A cozy home indeed, I could deal with this! Hope you get to go to Costa Rica! In the meantime you have a great place to hole up for the winter! Hope you have a wonderful week, Gaelyn!

I can't imagine you slowing down for very long. You must be just recharging your batteries.
Of course you're not old, Gaelyn! If you're old, that means I'm older... My husband would call your displays "sit-arounds." I like yours - they do make a place cozier, i think and give it personality. You deserve to rest for a bit!
Thank you for your comment on my blog about hoarding. I read this post yesterday and thought to myself, "How wonderful this would be to have just enough stuff to fill your space with cozy things". I would love to do what you do!
I love your workspace. What a view.
Good to see you are settling in for winter and getting your surroundings homely again. As for a holiday in Costa Rica, that sounds worth dreaming about.
