SWF – Smokey sundown at the canyon

The prescribed burns cause smoke to hang over the canyon which leads to colorful sunsets.

It's interesting how much particles in the air influences the colour of the sunset. SMOG, ugly smog, creates gorgeous sunsets too. :)

Luckily they have finished burning here in anticipation of the rains - which are LATE!! Love the colors in the pic. They are so soft and subtle.
