I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

I am so intrigued by the sky and clouds. Yesterday I saw and angel up there with her wings open wide. Sadly in the 2 minutes it took me to grab the camera she had gone. Thanks for the beautiful pictures. Diane
What beautiful photos, Gaelyn;) especially the first one of you with the red rock underfoot and surrounded by blue sky. Brilliant. Thanks for commenting on my blog today. Did you ever taste kingklip (fish) while you were here in SA? Delicious. (sez me a vegetarian, ha-ha!) Have a wonderful day. (((Hugs))) Jo (verification word = rethyink!)
I really like Mike's photo of you sneaking up on the raven! It's a fabulous shot with a lot of depth and movement. It looks like a sky worth watching, Gaelyn!
Love that picture with the raven...reminds me of a poem I once read (no, not the one by Poe...something free verse that was set in the desert...can't remember).

I love that Sky Watch Friday link...thanks for sharing.
PS. Your jewelry is still as beautiful as last year when I checked your blog.
That first shot of you taking a shot of the Raven is excellent. the color is gorgeous.
Happy Sky Watch Friday. MB

Beautiful and dramatic. I liked the first one best of a great group of photos.
Nice post. I love the first shot of you outlined against the sky. Beautiful!
All are great, but the first shot is epic. :)
Nice shots all. I liked that sky in the last picture too. It is a dandy.
Loved this post! The red rock is gorgeous in contrast to the blue sky.
I like the first shot, you are so brave to go up there. Happy weekend!

You saw a lot of different skies: blue ones, shiny ones, and moody ones! Nice journey!

Gaelyn: I'm so glad you and Mike are having a great time of sharing through this Summer.
And beautiful watchable skies you do have out there. The brown of the desert goes so well with it.
I would watch the sky there too especially at night when I bet there are a million stars in the sky.
Great post! I love all the photos, but especially love the one of you standing up on those red rocks.
Red rocks and blue sky always make the greatest photos! Have a great 4th!
beautiful captures! love the sky and the rocks! :)
Great skywatch, love the pretty sky and those beautiful red rocks. Looks like you and your Mike are having fun this summer.
