Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

MWT – Settling in

01 (1024x768)

It’s taken almost a month to move into the new 5th-wheel.

02 (1024x768)

Picking and choosing what decorative chachkies would fit. When we get ready to roll it takes me about two hours to pack it all.

03 (1024x558)

Packing plastic tubs for storage in either the tin shed or the basement of the RV.

04 (1024x768)

The little house is almost empty.

05 (955x1024)

Still have a few things to wrap up and put away, somewhere. And if I ever start feeling better I’ll get it done.

It looks nice, love all of the native american things and crystals. I like the desk area, most older rv's don't have that feature.

Looks like love to me. My fav shot is of the window - that shows your happiness. Enjoy - feel better soon.

Looks like at least one slideout...what a difference they make. How long will it take to make it ready for travel? First thing I noticed was all the pretty rocks etc that would have to be moved. Since I am the one that gets the boat or camper "road ready". A nice comfortable home.

Think I have missed something somewhere, did not know you were not feeling well - get better soon. You have so many ornaments, what happens when you move, I guess you have to pack everything away? It looks fantastic though. Diane

My sister lived most of her life in house trailers but the family is almost gone now. They seemed to really enjoy it. It wasn't mobile but a compact place that had everything they wanted or needed. Your home looks a lot more modern than any they had and is quite beautiful.

Gaelyn, are you still sick? I know what it feels like to try to move when you are not well! Ugh! OH, I do hope you are feeling better soon! Your new home looks rather nice! Love the feeders out the windows!

It looks great Gaelyn, I just find RV's totally fasinating as we don't really have them back in the UK. Hope you feel better soon and can finish up.

That looks wonderful. I've always wanted an RV, but my CD collection wouldn't fit!

I love how you have all kinds of interesting things throughout the 5th Wheel. I'm just wondering what Mike's opinion is about it all... LOL!!
