Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Yippee, I’m headed to Grand Canyon National Park’s South Rim. The North Rim where I work summers is closed for the winter. Going to pack my long-johns and polypropylene as there’s snow on the ground and it’s been cold and windy.

Oh how exciting. I would love something like this. I'm sure you know most of the info, but there is always something new (old in this case cause its history) to learn.

That would be fun. I'd even be happy in the snow, an element that I've come not to like at all in cities. It's snowing here today, arrrrgh.

Dang, I'm jealous.

Smart clothes in cold weather. You are dressing like a trail runner. Cotton kills in the winter.

Gaelyn, you are the luckiest person in the world to be able to work at such a beautiful spot! Yes, take your "warmies" with you and enjoy!

I can see why you would miss the "ditch", what an incredible place to work. Hope you have a great trip and a fun learning experience.

Gaelyn! This looks like so much fun! Drive safely and enjoy yourself.

Also, I had no idea the Grand Canyon got snow. Apparently, I need to spend some time getting to know this big ditch of yours.
