I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Dental vacation at Quechan Casino Resort
When visiting the dentist in Algodones, Mexico consider staying at the nearby Quechan Casino Resort just across the border. Not being a gambler lead me...
Is that South African Amarula? I think you made the right decision, I don't think I would like all that work done on me!!! Glad you are feeling a little better. Diane
I'm glad you said no...that is an extremely extensive surgery even in the best of hands. I just can't imagine what would happen if had complications.I know everything looks clean and I know lots and lots of people have dental work done in Mexico but....I read that the number one place for hetrosexual (sp..lol) people to contact aids is in the dental chair because of all the blood. That has always give me room to pause about any work done in Mexico. If the instruments are not sterilized in an auto-clave(sp?) they are not really sterilized....just my 2 cents worth. My e-mail is molliedog1@msn.com if you are ever passing by on the way to Wickenburg.
The resort looks like a lot more fun than the dentists chair but it would be nice to find a solution to the dental problems. I'm glad you are feeling better.

Amarula sold in Mexico? I love the look of the spa. Sorry you're feeling ill, Gaelyn, and hope you feel better soon. Blessings and hugs Jo
Hope you feel better soon! That certainly looks like a good location for any type of dental work/recovery.
What a place...good luck in deciding about your teeth.

Sorry you're sick. Catching various bugs seems to go with traveling.
The resort looks nice. Too bad the dentist isn't offering the procedure you want.
Looks like a nice place to stay. Sorry you got sick.

Oh Gaelyn, it sounds like this trip was a bust all around for the most part. So sorry...
Oh, well, a nice trip to Mexico, some drugs, alcohol, and vanilla. what more could you want?
Well shoot! I was hoping you'd been able to get the work done without further delay.
It doesn't seem like the trip was a total loss though! Those are the things I would have purchased.
At least it was a beautiful place to stay! I hope you find the perfect answer for your dental work. Sending you healing thoughts for your cold.
Best to trust your instincts and take more time to decide on what you should do. The procedure sounds painful and expensive. Hope you are better now.
YAY, I see South African Amarula. Did you buy it there. Amazing to see it.
