I was just commenting to Nigel how pretty the wild flowers are here. We are also late this year. Your photos are lovely. Diane

Gorgeous, of course! Flowers in our neck of the woods have become jungle-like. All the snow and rain created profusions of blooms!

It looks like your world is in bloom. Few flowers were blooming in Lassen though I saw many in bud. Much of the park was only recently snow free and many areas still have several feet.

Beautiful. I've only ever seen Grand Canyon in the snow!

Yes, yes! I have all these, too. Your Mariposa Lily is beautiful - I saw many yesterday in a field drenched by an overnight rain.

You certainly don't need a garden with so much beauty in your yard.

Gaelyn, I saw a comment from you in my inbox just now and by moving the cursor inadvertently deleted it even before I could read it. I was devastated! Please, can you leave me another one??? Pretty pleeeze???

Gaelyn, I loved all of these flowers. The primrose and the Paintbrush are some of my favorites. Lovely photos.

Lots of colourful little flowers. At the moment, because its winter, our most striking flower in bloom is the aloe. And they are beautiful.

I like wildflowers and was happy to find Indian Paintbrush for the first time on our recent trip. Nice pictures.

I especially like the skyrockets and the Sego lily.
