I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Hi Gaelyn,
Those changing colors and the light at sunset are certainly "illuminating". When do you rap up there and go home?

Oh my goodness, I love those glowing colors, fantastic shot, Gaelyn!

The Grand Canyon is one of those places on earth that proves how old thing really are or can get. Some say 13.7 billion years is accurate. The Grand Canyon has a journal of that date in time and I suspect there are places where it can be seen. I always wonder or think to myself, who was the last man that walked down this path. And if I lived a thousand years, would I ever come back this way and walk the same path again?

It is a beautiful picture, Gaelyn. So much different from the cornfield along our bike path. Or there is no place around here that has sunsets and sunrises like the Grand Canyon. I wish there was.

Oh, beautiful light! Such views you get from your perch on the North Rim.
Looking for winter employement? That would be hard, to give up your time to roam; but then you might be able to explore some new place in depth.
