Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

I do like your sunset hugging the horizon like a mean Scotsman parting with just a little colour.

Enjoy your weekend my dear among those cute white-tailed squirrels.

regarding the trees: I think they are dead. This is a reclaimation project. So the trees are in water when they weren't before. It is part of the Skagit River recovery area. Lots of new habitat for critters, fishes and even people to co-exist. It was a boat launch--still there---and hunting area. MB

After seeing this sunset and imagining the landscape, I think I'll go have some peaceful dreams! Have a good weekend, Gaelyn. I suppose you'll be working.

If you are paid in sunsets then you are well paid indeed. You see some incredible ones.

Those are the best payment of all. :)

I saw something interesting in the week - apparently the man who designed the lodge Charles Whittlessy had a daughter who never got married and was murdered by an intruder in her home in the 1980's. She was 85 years old.

Seeing the sun set over the canyon must be one of those "must see" sights.

What a glorious sunset. That's not a bad way to collect a salary, as long as there's a little actual food/maintenance money to go along with it!
