Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Most dangerous wildlife at the canyon

01 Ground squirrel on bench back at campground amphitheater NR GRCA NP AZ (1024x760)

Golden-Mantled Ground Squirrel

Ain’t I cute? But if you try to feed me I may bite. And if you don’t feed me I may just climb into your lap and help myself to your lunch.

02 Ground squirrel & Chipmunk on bench backs at campground amphitheater NR GRCA NP AZ (1024x872)

& Uinta Chipmunk

And watch out for my little friend too.

When I saw the title I thought you were going to show me a picture of people behaving poorly.

Oh my. I didn't tell my hubby that the cat brought in a chipmunk. He ran upstairs and took it under the bed, and my son, visiting with his girlfriend, took the poor thing outside. We do not think it recovered. sigh.

The picture of the squirrel and the chipmunk make them look as if they have the same markings. Is that really the case? Diane

Haha! "Whats in that lunch sack human?". But they are oh so cute! Kind of like the monkies in other countries that bite and grab peoples food. At least these guys are little!

Cute post Gaelyn and I love your post on silk worms.

Sorry my visits are sparse and comments rather terse. A bit stressful here with the Prof's dementia worsening.

The squirrels at the recycling center have become carnivores.

The whole balance has been tipped... They now are fighting over the peperoni pizza.

If they ever decide to join forces, we're all in for it!

Meat eating squirrels, AHHHHHHHHH!! Run for your lives!!!!

Awwwweeeee.... OUCH!!!

How often does that not happen. And who gets to be blamed? Not the person who did it, but the park.

Yes, I thought too that a photo of tourists with too much liquor were going to be the subject of this one! Cute pics.

They are cute, but probably wise to watch your fingers and lunch around them!
