I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

SWF - Reflecting

DSCF2136 (600x800)
Sunset from Riverside Wharf, Hartenbos, Western Cape, South Arica
Today I turn 56 years young. Ah what a glorious life! Who would have thought when I was born I’d spend this birthday in South Africa. Surely not my parents. But then I must have inherited some gypsy blood from somewhere. And this is only the beginning. The world is both big and small and I want to experience so much of it.

I read a quote that said, "I want to die young at a very advanced age."

Happy Birthday! How wonderful to celebrate your birthday while you are on this fantastic trip.

Yes, that ice sculpture on my blog does look like something you would see in Africa. The ice gives it a different dimension though.

May the rest of your trip be full of wonderful sights. Keep safe.

You are living your legacy now. The courage to do a separate thing, living a life you love. Freedom to fly above the norm and look down on us mortals.

Again, happy birthday.
