What a wonderful adventure you are having! Tremendous to see all five in one day. I love the handsome elephant with his lovely tusks and all those great cats too. If you can keep it up in this vein, we should be in for some great treats.

I can hardly believe my eyes, that you already saw the Big 5 on day one! I love the leopard draped over the tree branch. I enjoyed all of the animal pictures, even the dung beetle.

The photos of the big 5 animals are incredible - you must feel like you're in heaven! I absolutely adore your new necklace - it's the perfect memento for this trip!
Oh wow! Gaelyn, what a treat to see all the big 5. We've never seen leopard in the KNP although where I grew up in Southern Rhodesia, leopard lurked around the compound where our village was. Never mind, even I became so choked up with excitement when I saw my first lion and you saw so many - and SO close. Well done! (((Hugs))) Jo

Oh, so many biiiig animals. I think I would have been more frightened of that elephant emerging from the brush than of the lions.
