Moosejaw

After borrowing a thermarest for my last cross canyon hike and sleeping well I knew I had to buy one for myself.

I searched online for the best deal and found Moosejaw. Placed my order and checked the box for a free hoody. Less than a week later, UPS arrived with this most unusual package.

It also included a bumper sticker, note and catalogue, yes that says “JAIL” which is where the photos were taken. But no hoody. So I emailed them and got a prompt personal reply.

Then another package arrived....

.....with my free Moosejaw hoody. Now I can enter their French kissing contest. ;-)

Go to this site even if you don’t want to buy any sports gear. They are a
kick!

This was funny and I smiled from picture one to the hug at the end. I got a catalog from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds today. Wow. Have I got a lot of reading to do.

Glad you got to see the moose.

And your moose is neat. I got to go there and see what I can get for me. I like their packaging.

Well that had me puzzled at first, because Moose Jaw is a small city in southern Saskatchewan, famous as one of Al Capone's hideouts!
Great packaging!

Ha! What a fun one. I love companies with their sense of humor still intact. Cool hoody!

Looks as though you're having way too much fun there, Gaelyn! Did you use your teeth to open the packages? Hoody looks good on you.

Well, well now. So lovely to see the 'new neighbor' ~wink~. Fun story Gaelyn! It looks like they are a company that wants to bring joy to each of their customers, how much fun! And it looks like you are having so much fun with life right now! You are glowing. =) Keep enjoying!

Is that your fellow contestant in the picture?

It's good to see that some companies have a sense of humor.

Oh what a fun post, Gaelyn. I love the packaging - especially the second one. They seem like an efficient company. Was this a sleeping bag you bought (the Thermarest) and got a free hoody with it? Lovely. (((Hugs))) Jo
