WOW!! Wonderful. It is a good thing you are fit and healthy. This hike would be too difficult for a lot of people half our ages. :)

When I first saw the picture of the Colorado River I thought it was a green snake until I read the caption. LOL!! Dumb me!! LOL!!

I see the cow. Great picture. I probably would have overlooked him or her.

The scenery truly blows my mind. I really liked the evening light on the Temples. Thanks again for the tour. MB

Here are 3 of my favorites: The gals wearing wool hats and shorts; Jan as a tiny reference for Plateau Point; and the last light of day. Wonderful - thanks for sharing your hike, Gaelyn!

I'm with Barb, I was struck by the incongruity of the wool caps and shorts.
All great shots but I like the shadows best.

When we soften like water, then we can dissolve that which is hard like the canyon itself, making life a grand place.

I have to say WOW! Some awesome views on this particular day. And that sunset. Pity there were no clouds to enhance it, but still spectacular

I think I would feel constantly in awe and humbled if I ever spent much time in that place.

Wow, Nature at its grandest! I love these grand views. The Colorado river is amazing (it also runs through Yosemite). Thanks for sharing your trip with us.
