View south from Cape Royal at the end of the road
I spent last Saturday and Sunday out on the Walhalla Plateau.

I’m still in the canyon so won’t be able to link this or visit other skies, boo hoo. But soon I’ll be posting about this magnificent rim to rim hike.

magnifico...hope you're having a most grand time with your friend on the hike.
Very dramatic view that would be to be perched out on that cliff.
Fantastic, Gaelyn! Wow! what a view and what lovely skies! Have a great trip! Look forward to seeing hearing about it!
Enjoy!

I wonder where you are right now in that vast canyon? Hope all is going well.

The sky put on quite a show for you, I love the lacey clouds.
I envy you your hike, hope your having a great time.
That is a fabulous capture there. Beautiful.
It seems like the sky is just sitting on the flat edge of the Earth...what a beautiful scene, as always with the Grand Canyon.
You always capture the most marvelous views of the Canyon, Gaelyn
I love the awesome clouds in this shot.
Awesome...excellent...the clouds pull the viewer's eye into the image. Terrific shot.
Gaelyn, I hope someday you can show me your canyon! Are you going to be passing through Tucson this year?
Gaelyn: What a beautiful capture for SWF.
Fabulous. The clouds are making quite a show. What little sky I've seen the past few days(hidden by the trees) has often be grey!
