Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

Puter trouble after the hike

Got back from the AWESOME four day hike across Grand Canyon.

Last night my friends had to leave for Washington.

I planned to be online checking out posts, labeling hundreds of photos and posting at least a teaser from the hike. But.... my computer crapped. This morning it seemed to be OK. But I can’t seem to download any pics.

Today I have to pack the fifth-wheel to roll tomorrow. So..... don’t know when I’ll be back online.

Missed you all.

I will just look at your older post and pics. what a grand hiking time you guys had.
Usually it is Blogger that screws up my postings. So maddening.

As to you question about spinning. No I don't but I just got a wheel and it is something I want to learn. I went to the Cattlemen show in Jan. and took a bunch of classes and one I was interested in was Intro to fiber Goats--so the rest is history!

Have a good winter, wherever you go. You inspired me to visit your area and I will be at the south rim at the end of the week. Next time I will have to see the north when you are there. Good luck with the computer.

No problem; I'm patient! I also have been having computer problems...slow, jamming, scores of windows popping up... My son installed a new virus protector, which found two viruses, nothing awful, but bothersome. Then, when I plugged in my camera to upload today's photo, I got a message that my SD was infected!!! I hadn't realized they COULD be infected, but then again, they ARE removable software... So I reformatted the SD (that's what I read) and now we'll see when I do today's photo.

Happy trails, and I'm SO interested in the 4-day hike. (Though I'm not a tent camper, I see a hike or two like that in my future.)

Safe journey and look forward to future posts when that may be.
Smiles and blessings Gaelyn!

What a bummer about your Puter, they can be tricky beasts at times. Hope you get it sorted.
I wish you God speed and good travels where ever you go and above all, safety on the road.
Let me know grom time to time where you are, it is always good to have confirmation that you are well.

Love Arija.

I'd be so much happier if you had a large K-9 companion again...who knows, maybe one will find you.

Hi Gaelyn, I'll be patiently waiting for posts of your big hike across the canyon. Enjoy getting settled. We finally got some rain here last night, the creek still isn't flowing, but some trees are just beginning to show fall colors.
