Scenic Sunday - Morning light at Grand Canyon

OK, I know I’ve probably mentioned before that I’m not a great morning person. But once up and about I just love to watch the morning light push the shadows deeper into the canyon. I must have hundreds of photos of this, yet am compelled to take another every time I see this. Hope you’re not bored with pics of Grand Canyon.

So see more beautiful scenes, or to share your own, go to Scenic Sunday by clicking here.

I could never get bored of this view. I can't see it enough--there aren't enough eyes in the world to see it enough.

Gaelyn...just beautiful...I wanted to let you know that I was behind and am now caught up. I got new glasses that I couldn't see out of and had to get my old lenses put back in until I can talk to the doc again... Michelle...

The Grand Canyon is always stunning! But the mist makes it ever so more beautiful.

That nice lighting is worth getting up for! (Not that I always get up in time to see it.)

Just to say something different I might say I am bored but that might get me hate mail and wouldn't be the truth. I might be a little jealous though. LOL

Gaelyn, this is sooo beautiful. But you already know that right? And you also know how lucky you are to be looking at this every single day.

I am a morning person, and am now enjoying my coffee and toast on my urban terrace while checking blogs! I have a lovely view of a vast garden below, but I wish I were looking at the Grand Canyon to enjoy the light play.

Not at all tired of them; this is very brooding - the shadows, the band of light and the dark cloud!

The canyon is ever changing with the light and clouds...I could never tire of its beauty...I would do the same and have done the same when I have been there. Keep them coming!
