Thankful for friends

It’s fun to dress up for a party.

This is the second time I’ve gone to R & S’s for Thanksgiving dinner. They do most of the cooking and others bring salads, vegetables and dessert. Everything was delicious. And the table was elegant.

Most of us are orphans with no place to go for the holidays. Some have family far away yet choose not to travel. We’re all thankful to have each other.

As for me, I don't like dressing up. LOL! All of this looks beautiful! I'm glad you have your friends for the holidays. :-)

Looking good Sweetie! Glad you had a great Thanksgiving. I'm sure you know I didn't dress quite so formal for dinner here at the Cove. With all the Snowbirds in it was like a big family dinner at the restaurant. The weather did make some clothing necessary attire though.

You sure do clean up good! That party looks snazzy, and from what I could see of the food, yum!

You look beautiful! I am glad you had a great time. We had TG dinner at the Cariboo Inn in Omak. All the good TG food you can imagine plus pumpkin pie for 8.00 per plate. We had a fantasic couple of days in the Okanogan. It was cold but we know how to dress for it. I hated to come back to Vantage. It already feels like home up there.

You looked absolutely lovely. I agree it is fun to dress up. Your pictures showed a very elegegant Thanksgiving table. Happy to hear you had such a good time and Happy Thanksgiving a little late here. It's raining and 39 degrees F. in Northern Virginia :)

Lookin' good, kid. It is nice to "put on the ritz" once in a while. That table setting looks great. Very well done.
