Description

I own no land, instead I have wheelestate. I’ve been a full time RVer since 1997. Working summers as a Park Ranger takes me to many beautiful places and playing during the winter takes me to many more. This blog is simply the story of my life's adventures.

For a change I drove and Mike took photos, documenting our drive to town.

SWF – After the storm

01 Sun rays & Lodge BAP trail NR GRCA NP AZ (1024x768)

Last Tuesday soft female rain fell for hours into a canyon full of cloud. Day time visitors were disappointed. But late afternoon offered views of Grand Canyon as the last rays of sunlight illuminated the sky.

New camera for the river trip

01 Kodak 12MP easyshare sport camera (1024x691)

One of the many things I bought in Flagstaff was a 12MP Kodak easyshare sport waterproof camera.

02 Kodak 12MP easyshare sport camera (1024x768)

It takes pretty good photos. Used it on the way home so the return from Flagstaff photos from yesterday’s post were taken with this new camera.

Eleven days until I’m on the river.

My laptop is dying

Every since the overheating problem with my HP Pavilion I’ve had trouble. Seems some components may have been affected. Now I’m barely on and suddenly get a screen full of vertical stripes like ugly wall paper. I’m on the search for a new laptop and will try to research the suggested ASUS. I may not be here much until getting a replacement. I’m just hoping this will post. My droid only works intermittently, although I usually can receive gmails and get on FaceBook. Will try to catch up soon. Wish me luck.
